1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 777live ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777live website located at 777live.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 777live platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 777live reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777live platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 777live account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 777live immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

777live reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777live platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777live supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777live reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 777live may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 777live endeavours to process approved withdrawals within three (3) to five (5) business days.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the 777live platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777live offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 777live reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777live platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random number generator (RNG) based games on 777live use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer and displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, 777live will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account. 777live's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777live platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 777live immediately.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Intellectual Property

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777live and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of win nings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

777live does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777live takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 777live's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 777live's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777live account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

777live collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the 777live platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777live implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 777live cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11 Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also choose to close your 777live account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777live reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777live will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 777live's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 777live will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
